CBSSports' Gary Parrish on SAW
OK, we'll try to do our best to succinctly describe the Gary Parrish/Kentucky athletic department brouhaha. Here we go. Parrish wrote an article revolving around an earlier Chicago Sun-Times article that questioned the legitimacy of Kentucky's recruitment of Anthony Davis. Kentucky's Sports Information Director, DeWayne Peevy, didn't appreciate this article--for some reason we're still not sure we understand--and tweeted about revoking his press credentials at Rupp Arena. That's what you call a Media Relations Faux Pas. Moral of the story? If you work in the media, stop tweeting after 10 PM. Nothing good will come from it. Click to Listen
